The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times and that the team are supervised effectively. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about excellent customer service and creating a highly engaged team.
Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
- Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely within the management team to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times
- Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
- Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews
- Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required
- Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators
What are we looking for?
- Strong people management experience within Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to lead the team and train as required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- A professional approach with the ability to work well under pressure
About The Hotel: The Copthorne Hotel Manchester sits peacefully on the attractive Salford Quays waterfront and is within easy reach of MediaCityUK. The hotel offers guest rooms with a choice of Standard or Suite accommodation. The Clippers Brasserie offers a traditional menu with views over Salford Quays.
