The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a Painter and Decorator, who will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s appearance to a high standard through painting, decorating, and general surface repairs. This role ensures all guest areas, staff areas, and back-of-house spaces remain clean, well-presented, and in excellent condition.

Your key focus will be (not limited to):

  • Carry out painting, varnishing, wallpapering, and touch-up work across the property.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as required.
  • Conduct minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and fixtures before decorating.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, neatly, and in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain an organised inventory of paints, tools, and materials.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to support planned maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure work areas are kept tidy and all equipment is stored safely after use.
