Copthorne Tara Hotel Kensington is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded M&E & Outlets Manager to lead the operational delivery of meetings, conferences, and events while supporting our vibrant restaurant outlets. This exciting leadership role focuses primarily on Meetings & Events, ensuring flawless execution of conferences, banquets, and private events while driving revenue through proactive upselling and strong operational leadership. During quieter event periods, you will also support the operations of our outlets, including Green Stag and Bugis Kitchen, ensuring service excellence across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all meetings, conferences, and events
- Lead the operational execution of banqueting services
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Events team to ensure seamless event delivery
- Lead and motivate the M&E operational team
- Ensure outstanding guest service and event execution
- Support outlet operations when required to maintain service excellence
