Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team. Whether you're serving guests in our restaurants, supporting events and conferences, or helping create memorable experiences at the bar, no two days are the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in hospitality within one of London's largest hotels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering friendly and professional service across our food and beverage outlets.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
  • Serving food and beverages to company standards.
  • Supporting conferences, banqueting and special events.
  • Building rapport with guests and creating memorable experiences.
  • Promoting menu items and upselling where appropriate.
  • Preparing and maintaining service areas and mise-en-place.
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
  • Handling payments and operating POS systems.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to support the guest journey.
  • Taking ownership of guest requests and resolving issues wherever possible.
