Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa are looking for a Hotel Manager to lead our Commercial teams to success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day of commercial and assisting with the strategic planning of the hotel operation with the General Manager.

Working alongside the General Manager you will ensure the Commercial department continually develops the product and the guest service proposition to ensure it is positioned as exceptional in the London market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the development of any relevant short‑ & long‑term strategic goals.
  • Leading and developing an energetic workforce, having involvement in recruitment, learning and development, employee relations issues and team engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting with any duty or covering for team members in case of emergency.
  • Leading and motivating your team providing day to day leadership and direction and driving sales and profitability forward.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good people management ability.
  • At least two years of experience.
  • Excellent Opera is essential.
  • Leader personality and passion for hospitality.
