If yes, we'd like to meet you! We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature and personality, you will work alongside the team and lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, and profitability through driving sales and minimising wastage.

Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor:

  • The service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, either working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team.
  • Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
  • Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
  • Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
  • Managing day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members.
  • Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Helping guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely - always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste.
  • Supporting in the management of food and beverage inventory procedures, ensuring minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment are maintained consistently.

The experience & qualifications required are:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position.
  • Attentive, professional customer service skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
  • Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous.
  • As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours.
