At Millennium Hotels UK, we are looking for a Meeting and Events Executive to help assist the Meetings & Events department to achieve maximum revenue and client relationships through effective and efficient sales techniques and strategies, providing excellent customer service at all times to all customers.

As a Meeting and Events Executive, you will work closely with our clients, agents, and team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of all aspects of the event.

Key responsibilities are:
  • Ensure you are managing and converting incoming Meetings & Events business enquiries according to department standards, included but not limited to - proposal negotiation, upsell opportunities, revenue conversion, volume conversion, speed of conversion, TENT business management.
  • Ensure you are up-to-date knowledge of competitor hotels and venues.
  • Resolve any client disputes and complaints in a professional manner and within guidelines issued.
  • To work on behalf of, sell and convert Meetings & Events business facility.
  • Working with central team and management teams to propose efficiencies and improvements as appropriate, and adapt according to system and process changes required for the department.
