Millennium Hotels are seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator. As an HSE administrator, you will provide professional advice and support on Safety, Health and Environmental issues while assisting the SSHE Manager to embed a positive, responsive and legally compliant Health and Safety culture in line with Health and Safety policy and procedures.

The Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Raising awareness of HSE issues
  • Monitoring compliance to HSE policies
  • Undertaking inspections and audits across departments
  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop a positive H&S culture
  • Maintaining online accident and incident reporting systems, and the e-learning system
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for your designated cluster of hotels regarding any relevant security event or issue, ensuring that measures for personal and property security are adequately maintained
  • Supporting your designated cluster of hotels in the development and periodic testing of emergency and crisis arrangements

The Health, Safety and Environmental Administrator will have:

  • Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental issues and legislation
  • Good communicator with confidence to deal with all levels of personnel in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Ability to work on assigned projects from conception to implementation with limited supervision
  • Persistence to ensure tasks are completed correctly

Applicants must possess a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, which would be an advantage.
