The Bugis Singapore Restaurant in London is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen with a strong Chinese/Singaporean culinary focus. You will craft menus, develop recipes and guide a talented team to deliver outstanding Pan Asian dishes that reflect our authentic identity.
