As a Groups Reservation agent here at the Millennium, you will be ensuring to maximise revenue opportunities by driving sale leads and increasing conversion. This is a central support team where you'll be supporting the cluster of hotels that all customer enquiries for group visits are dealt with in an efficient manner.
The Group's Reservation agent will be:
- Responding to all incoming inquiries for groups and get accurate and detailed quotations on a timely basis from the Revenue Manager.
- Inputting Group/Block Reservations into OPERA Cloud reservations system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete in line with the agreed departmental standard.
- Ensuring the Groups sheet is accurately compiled and distributed on time.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all Group correspondence within the central department and ensure all filing is completed daily.
