Following the exciting development of our largest London hotels booking process and recent expansion, we are now seeking a Group Reservations Executive to join our newly formed team. Working on behalf of multiple hotels within our collection, you will join a small but ambitious team focused on responding to and converting group reservations enquiries.
You will bring the following skills to ensure conversion success and a profit-driven approach:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment - quick response times are key
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering industry-leading customer service - taking the time to understand client requirements, including engaging with them over the phone whenever possible
- A proven sales drive, demonstrated through your conversion achievements
- A can do attitude, with creative solutions offered for potential opportunities
