The purpose of this role is to assist in the daily running of the Front Office department, ensuring that all M&C procedures and targets are met.

Key responsibilities as a Night Receptionist:
  • Manage night operations by checking arrivals and departures reservations, missing bookings, payments, and any rate discrepancies.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional check-in and check-out experience.
  • Take initiative in accommodating the customers' needs in a resourceful manner.
  • Be pro-active in the learning and development of administrative tasks, procedures, processes and standards and ensure correct practice.
  • Be the first point of contact for all our guests.
  • Deal with guest queries and complaints.
  • Upsell hotel services.
  • Answer the telephone and address any enquiries.
Essential skills required:
  • Opera Cloud/ Opera experience
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Well-presented, professional, and customer oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
