The Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor is looking for a Casual Hotel Receptionist. As our Receptionist, you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel reception experience
  • Experience with hotel PMS, ideally Opera Cloud
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong foundation in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition
