Our Central Sales team UK at the Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK are looking for an RFP Coordinator. Working alongside the RFP Manager, you will build and distribute all the Corporate and Consortia. Our RFP Coordinator will be the heartbeat of our Request for Proposal process in our Central Sales Office from first draft to final submission. You’ll keep the wheels turning by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring our bids shine in competitive markets. Working in the Hospitality sector would be highly desirable.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Coordinate RFP creation, submission, and follow-up with precision.
  • Keep our RFP tracker up to date and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to make collaboration seamless.
  • Maintain accurate data in key platforms like Lanyon, HRS, and Ratefinding.
  • Help us optimise processes so we work smarter, not harder.
