The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen is looking for a Hotel Receptionist. As our Receptionist, you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

As a receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems, and have a passion for helping people.

Hotel Receptionist will have:

  • An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others.
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
  • A good command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, preferably, or a positive attitude and passion to learn.
  • A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekend work.
  • Typical shifts are 07:00-15:30 or 14:00-22:00, as the business requires.
