If yes, we'd like to meet you! We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature and personality, you will work alongside the team and lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, and profitability through driving sales and minimising wastage. This role is a 32 hours per week over 5 shifts contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
  • Accurately deal with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members.
  • Ensure the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure food and drinks are secure and stored safely, always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position.
  • Attentive, professional customer service skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
  • Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous.
  • Availability for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours.
