Copthorne Hotel Newcastle is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our senior kitchen team and help deliver high standards of food.
You will support the kitchen, prepare dishes as instructed, and assist in menu planning within cost targets.
We require a proven track record in a quality hotel, leadership ability, strong hygiene and Health & Safety controls, and a keen eye for detail.
Weekend work is included with a 5-rotational shift pattern.
