We’re looking for Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen team, overseeing a section of the kitchen to ensure that it runs smoothly and in accordance with four star standards and guest expectations.

Chef De Partie will have:
- Prepare mise-en-place for all menus, prepare, cook and present food as per kitchen manual, including staff meals.
- Prepare all dishes as instructed by Head and/or Sous Chef ensuring correct portion control as instructed by Head Chef.
- Supervise Commis Chefs.
- Adhere to all regulations in respect of Health, Safety, Hygiene, Guest Safety, Fire Regulations, Emergency Procedures etc.
