Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Full-Time Plumber to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day plumbing maintenance across the hotel, completing reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance and ensuring full compliance with health, safety and water regulations. This role offers long-term stability, structured development and opportunities to progress within a global hospitality group.

  • Inspect kitchen drainage systems daily, including grease traps and chemical dosing
  • Use chemicals safely in line with COSHH regulations and PPE requirements
  • Replace bathroom silicone, tiles and Respatex
  • Install new plumbing systems and pipework as required
  • Ensure compliance with water by-laws and regulations
  • Inspect external drainage and roof gullies for blockages
  • Maintain safe working practices and high housekeeping standards
  • Proven experience as a plumber or maintenance plumber
  • Ability to carry out reactive and planned plumbing works
  • Knowledge of water regulations and plumbing compliance
  • Understanding of COSHH and safe chemical handling
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work
