Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Full-Time Plumber to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day plumbing maintenance across the hotel, completing reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance and ensuring full compliance with health, safety and water regulations. This role offers long-term stability, structured development and opportunities to progress within a global hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all allocated job requests daily
- Carry out planned and preventative maintenance
- Inspect kitchen drainage systems daily, including grease traps and chemical dosing
- Use chemicals safely in line with COSHH regulations and PPE requirements
- Replace damaged or faulty:
- toilet pans
- wash hand basins
- toilet cisterns
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber or maintenance plumber
- Ability to carry out reactive and planned plumbing works
- Knowledge of water regulations and plumbing compliance
- Understanding of COSHH and safe chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
