The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a dynamic and energetic Executive Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operation and contribute to the overall guest experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to create memorable, personalised guest moments while maintaining the highest operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the catering/housekeeping team to deliver consistently high service standards in line with Chelsea Harbour brand values.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, payroll inputs, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including linen, stock control, equipment, uniforms, and VIP room checks.
- Ensure health & safety, COSHH compliance, and completion of all mandatory training.
- Control costs, reduce wastage, and identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask.
- Capacity to proactively manage housekeeping operations.
- Knowledge of Opera, H&S, large hotel operations.
- Experience supporting refurbishments or renovation projects.
- Skill in communication, guest service and leadership.
- Personable, approachable, calm under pressure.
