The sales team at Copthorne Tara Kensington is growing and they are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Director of Sales with business acumen to join our fantastic team. The role will focus on revenue growth of the M&E and group business segments from a combination of new, existing and agency relationships within the Hotel portfolio.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Together with General Manager, DOS and the Revenue team, develop and implement strategic plans to source, drive and grow revenue across all segments, constantly monitoring results and adjusting strategies and activities to ensure objectives and targets are met.
- To capture a greater market share and increase revenues in conjunction with all sales resources.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities whilst ensuring we maximise our market share.
- Drive and co-ordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at hotel level, national and international level.
- Collaborate with key teams - Hotel Operations, Brand, Revenue, Digital, Graphics & PR to ensure key information and insights are shared and strong relationships are built to ensure everyone is effectively working together to drive top line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- To participate in forecasting the hotel business mix, revenues and control mechanisms.
