We are looking for a dynamic character to be our new Senior Food & Beverage Supervisor that can put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature and personality, you will support the F&B team and lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, and profitability through driving sales and minimising wastage, deputising in the absence of the F&B Manager.

NOTE: This position will predominantly be based in our Restaurant, but a requirement to know all areas of the F&B department is essential.

Responsibilities of a Senior F&B Supervisor:

  • Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
  • Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
  • Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
  • Supporting with the management of the day-to-day departmental and staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members.
  • Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

The experience & qualifications required are:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory position, ideally a restaurant setting/operation.
  • Attentive, professional customer service skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
  • Experience of processing payments and end of shift banking (ideally using Micros) would be advantageous.
  • As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours.
