We are looking for a dynamic character to be our new Food & Beverage Supervisor that can put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature & personality, you will support the F&B team & lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, & profitability through driving sales & minimising wastage, deputising in the absence of the F&B Manager.
Responsibilities of a F&B Supervisor:
- Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
- Supporting with the management of the day-to-day departmental and staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members.
- Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Previous experience:
- In a food and beverage supervisory position, ideally a restaurant setting/operation.
- Attentive, professional customer service skills.
- Experience of processing payments and end of shift banking (ideally using Micros) would be advantageous.
- Availability for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours.
