We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader to guide our F&B division at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa in delivering exceptional guest experiences, service excellence, and high-quality products. The successful candidate will be highly visible during service periods and special events, providing active support and direction to outlet leaders and team members alike.

The Food and Beverage Manager will have:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and to ensure food quality and consistency is always where it should be.
  • Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
  • Being visible during F&B outlets operating hours and remain engaged towards guests.
  • The ability to lead by example and be hands on in your approach.
  • Multi departmental budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business.
  • You are all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
