Data Analyst
Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are looking for a Data Analyst to join their Central Sales Office in London.
Our Data Analyst will be an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotels.
This role would suit someone who loves inputting data, generating reports, and ensuring a smooth transition of client accounts and rollout projects.
Strong written and verbal English skills are a must, along with advanced proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and other data platforms.
A passion for hospitality is essential!
The Data Analyst will be responsible
Data Management & Accuracy
Oversee metrics, manage dashboards, compile decks, and ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Identifying and merging duplicate Agency profiles in Opera | Delphi
- Improve the speed and quality of decision making by delivering accurate, timely reports. This role directly supports revenue generation and efficiency across multiple regions
- Generating Company and Agency profile reports for review and reconciliation
- Manage troubleshooting of glitches as they arise
- Attend regular meetings to report updates
- Streamlining reporting processes and improving data management systems to deliver faster and more accurate sales insight
- Continuously improved Delphi usage and optimised internal systems to support both corporate and UK/EU hotel sales teams
- Supporting the creation and implementation of SOPs to ensure consistent data processes
Data Analyst will have
- GCE O-level; OR
- NITEC/Higher NITEC Certificate; OR
- Pre-U / A level Certificate; OR
- Diploma
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications;
- Meticulous in paperwork processing;
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, resourceful and a team player
