An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Revenue department. We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to look after 2 hotels. Our ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a hotel that can push performance in a competitive landscape within the comp set. The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for optimising pricing, inventory, and distribution to maximise RevPAR, market share, and overall profitability. This role requires expertise in revenue & reservations management systems and commercial processes, ensuring the hotels constantly deliver a strong financial performance.

Cluster Revenue Manager responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day revenue operations for assigned hotel portfolio.
  • Yield daily, weekly, and monthly hotel pricing and ensure rate parity across distribution channels.
  • Provide strategic rate recommendations to internal teams and external clients.
  • Optimise hotel inventory and control overbooking levels to maximise room revenue.
  • Analyse promotional rate performance and business mix to ensure optimal sales strategy.
  • Conduct year-to-date and monthly business analysis, tracking occupancy, ADR, and room revenue.
  • Design and maintain action plans for each hotel, incentivising demand by segment and following up weekly.
  • Optimise total revenue and market positioning for hotels under responsibility.
  • Analyse competitor pricing strategies and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ensure alignment of business mix with seasonality and market segment strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a multi-property or cluster role.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Opera (PMS), revenue management systems (RMS), and channel management software.
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
