The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is looking for a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink. Our F&B Assistant will be able to delight our guests with amazing service all day, every day.

Your key focus will be:

  • Knowledgeable with all our menus
  • Mise en place; to be prepared after each service.
  • To ensure cleanliness and readiness after each service
  • To collect any relevant food items from the Kitchen before each service in a timely manner
  • Remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment.
  • Personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity.
