The Copthorne Hotel Manchester, located on Salford Quays, is seeking an experienced Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator to support the M&E sales team.
You will record enquiry details, liaise with operations, and help ensure events run smoothly.
You will manage enquiries, up-sell equipment and catering options, input data into the Sales & Catering system, and contribute to achieving departmental targets and budgets.
Prior hospitality and Opera PMS experience is desirable.
