Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to control and monitor food and beverage stocks, manage ordering and stock acceptance, and coordinate with F&B and non-F&B teams across the properties. The role ensures M&C procedures and targets are met and supports overall cost control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising goods receiving
- Managing the Cellar and Dry Stores
- Daily stock transfers in MPS
- Liaising with suppliers on delivery issues
