Job Description

Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking for a Purchasing Assistant - To control and monitor food and beverage stocks.

Control the ordering, acceptance of all stock and distribution of all items.

To deal with management within the F&B and non F&B teams of both properties.

To ensure that all M&C procedures and targets are met.
