Job Description:

The Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading fitness classes for Air Force employees and active-duty participants. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching various formats of fitness classes, including strength and conditioning and/or other specialty formats. The instructor will be responsible for creating and leading engaging and challenging classes that motivate and inspire members to achieve their wellness goals. The instructor must have a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep members engaged and motivated throughout the class. NO relocation this is for local hires only.

The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading Group Fitness classes for participants and active-duty members
  • Creating and leading engaging and challenging classes
  • Motivating and inspiring members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Ensuring the safety of all participants during the class
  • Providing modifications and adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels
  • Continuing education to stay up-to-date
  • American Red Cross or AHA CPR AED First Aid certified
