The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests and other stakeholders, offering friendly and professional service and to enter correct booking information into Opera in a timely manner and to operate with a selling attitude at all times in order to maximise room sales and Hotel Revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles all incoming & outgoing, internal/external invoices and makes sure that these are correctly billed & within the budget restraints.
- Handles all incoming telephone and Email enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is distributed on time and to relevant personnel.
- Responsible for control of all Sales correspondence such as Letters of Agreement, Proposals, RFPs, Contract control forms, statistics.
- To compile figures and sales reports for sales
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
- Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
