This is a key role at the heart of hotel operations—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coordination, and is equally comfortable stepping in to support hands‑on tasks when required.

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination between the engineering team, suppliers, and the wider hotel:

  • Coordinating with external suppliers, negotiating best value and ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitoring stock levels and overseeing maintenance materials and equipment
  • Supporting the team with contractor control and compliance on site

This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and high service standards across the hotel.

  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • A team player with a positive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Willingness to adopt a practical, hands‑on approach when needed

At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers:
