To control and monitor food and beverage stocks.
Control the ordering, acceptance of all stock and distribution of all items.
To deal with management within the F&B and non F&B teams of both properties.

About the Hotel
The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is an impressive 4-star deluxe hotel in the heart of charming Kensington and a minutes’ walk to Gloucester Road Underground station, allowing convenient access around London.
The hotel boasts 610 spacious guest rooms and Guests will be spoilt for choice with the array of dining facilities available, including the hugely popular Humphrey’s Café & Bar, South West 7 and the Bombay Brasserie.
The hotel is also home to the Millennium Conference Centre which is the perfect place to host your event, with a variety of flexible meeting spaces, including 26 versatile function rooms covering a total of 1,600m2 and the capacity to accommodate up to 600 delegates.
The impressive conservatory can cater for up to 300 guests and features palm trees, a piano, exclusive bar area and dance floor.

Key Responsibilities will include
- To supervise and control the day to day operation of the goods receiving area and team for the hotel.
- To manage the day to day operation of the Cellar and Dry Stores (raising orders, issuing stocks, receiving deliveries).
- To enter stock transfers in MPS on a daily basis.
- To liaise with suppliers with respect to the incorrect or non-delivery of goods.
- To ensure all credits from suppliers are obtained and inputted on a timely basis.
- To answer any invoice related query from Head Office.
- To ensure correct storage of any crates, gas cylinders, kegs, bottles, etc. and that any collections are carried out regularly.
- To maintain a tidy & orderly filing system.
- To report any maintenance requirements to the Engineering department and inform the Cost Controller.
- To make regular checks on F&B outlets stock levels.
