You will take full ownership of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, executive lounge, and Meetings & Events, driving both operational standards and commercial performance across the department.

- Create a culture of accountability, energy, and guest obsession
- Leave a lasting operational and commercial legacy
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the execution of conferences, banqueting, and private events to the highest standard
- Drive profitability, cost control, and revenue growth across all F&B streams
- Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team
- Ensure consistent service excellence across all guest touchpoints
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Kitchen teams to deliver seamless operations
- Implement and maintain robust SOPs, training frameworks, and service standards
- Take a visible, hands-on approach to leadership across all outlets
- Monitor performance through audits, guest feedback, and financial KPIs
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B Leader in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong background across both outlets and Meetings & Events operations
- Commercially driven, with a clear track record of improving performance
- Confident leading large, diverse teams and driving accountability
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple revenue streams simultaneously
- Strong presence on the floor — visible, hands-on, and guest-focused
- Passion for training, coaching, and building future leaders
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading change
What We Offer
- Career-defining opportunity to build and shape a department
- Clear progression within an international hotel group
- Training, development, and apprenticeship opportunities
- Social events, wellbeing initiatives, and team activities
