Millennium & Copthorne Hotels is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager for The Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London.

You will oversee the front office, manage duty shifts, and lead the front office team to deliver personalised guest service daily.

You will drive guest satisfaction, handle VIPs and groups, and ensure accuracy in reservations, billing and safety compliance while seeking to maximise occupancy and revenue across all departments.
