We are looking for a dynamic character to be our new Food & Beverage Supervisor that can put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature and personality, you will support the F&B team and lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, and profitability through driving sales and minimising wastage.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
  • Accurately deal with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
  • Supervise day‑to‑day staffing needs, plan and assign work and contribute to setting performance and development goals for team members.
  • Ensure the team delivers on quality and guest satisfaction goals – making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position.
  • Attentive, professional customer service skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team.
  • Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous.
  • As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts in the mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours.
