An exciting opportunity has become available at Copthorne Hotel Newcastle for the Food & Beverage Assistant position.
Our Food & Beverage Assistant will help the hotel to continue to deliver great service to our guests in the bar, restaurant and functions area.

Responsibilities
- The service of food & beverage products in the bar, restaurant and function area.
- To be able to understand and communicate effectively the menu and all products available to customers.
- Deal with all payment transactions (Cash, card and room charging) according to company guidelines.
- To provide a warm and welcoming service, ensuring that all queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience in a food & beverage position.
- Great customer service skills.
- The ability to work under pressure as part of a team and maintain a professional approach.
- Experience working with payments.
- Experience of Micros would be an advantage.
- Flexible to cover various shifts over the festive season including weekend party events.
