Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Concierge Receptionist - Night to assist arriving guests with their luggage and transportation requirements and provide guest service. To operate and maintain standard financial control procedures in order to ensure accurate accounting and reporting. To provide efficient and courteous front desk and reservations service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is aware at all times of activities in the city (theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports and leisure activities).
  • Is also familiar with the city restaurants and has established contacts with them to provide maximum guest service.
  • Performs all reasonable services a guest may require; anticipate guest requests and requirements in order to be able to satisfy them efficiently and promptly.
  • Conduct is always friendly, courteous and professional in meeting guests needs.
  • Ensures the proper handling of guest messages, mail, packages, flowers and faxes.
  • Reviews all memos, logbooks, messages, VIP lists, function sheets, etc. to ensure up to date and thorough knowledge of functions and happenings within the hotel.
