Millenium Site Services is recruiting an experienced Welder to join our internal engineering team at our Head Office on Haydock Road, Derby. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join Millenium directly, carrying out welding work within the rail industry. The Role: * MIG welding of components and sub-assemblies to engineering specifications * Working from technical drawings and welding procedure specifications (WPS) * Fabrication, fit-up, and rectification of metal components * Carrying out visual inspection of welds to required quality standards * Completing quality documentation and sign-off records accurately * Working to strict health & safety and quality standards throughout What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Welder, ideally within rail, automotive, aerospace, or a similarly regulated engineering environment * Ability to read and work from engineering drawings * Own PPE/tools where applicable * Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and compliance * Reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team Hours & Pay: * Full-time, permanent * Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30, overtime after 39 hours Why Join Millenium Site Services: * Permanent, secure employment directly with Millenium * Full PAYE benefits (holiday pay, pension, statutory entitlements) * Join a growing, well-established company within the rail sector * Genuine progression opportunities
