We are MILLENA. A boutique media agency specialised in growing luxury and lifestyle DTC brands. We have a growing list of exciting beauty and lifestyle clients incl. Dr Barbara Sturm, Omorovicza, SKN TO SKN, Grown Alchemist and Earl of East, with the intention to grow over the coming months.

We are now looking for a passionate Paid Social advertising manager to join the team to replace our amazing colleague (who's just landed their dream job client-side). We’d love to find someone who’s equally excited to advise clients on creative best-practices, as they are managing paid social campaigns and pushing our clients to innovate their approach to marketing.

Who you are

You’re a brilliant Paid Social advertising manager who loves growing clients' businesses through creative solutions and performance marketing. Your clients enjoy working with you because you believe in building collaborative working relationships.

Must-haves:

  • Min. 4+ years’ experience in managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, TikTok Affiliates and other major platforms.
  • Ideally beauty, skincare, lifestyle, luxury or fashion retail/e-commerce experience
  • A confident client manager who is kind, personable and leads with empathy. Happy to challenge and question existing strategies with a view to discover new initiatives to help scale performance
  • Technical whizz with experience of managing campaigns optimised towards onsite conversions, as well as, brand objectives
  • Be ambitious, curious and inquisitive
  • You’ve got a naturally solution-oriented problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys tackling challenges head-on
  • A developed understanding of digital marketing and broader business metrics (also where paid social fits into this)
  • Good grasp of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Meta blueprint certified

What you will do

You’ll work across one luxury skincare client, as well as two smaller e-commerce scale-ups reporting directly to the Account Lead. The focus of the role will be consulting on strategy/creative/investment, as well as planning and executing paid social campaigns and helping them with their TikTok Affiliates programme. The role is client-facing and will involve high levels of client engagement including regular advice on their creative direction.

This role will give you an opportunity to work directly with our founders, as we continue to build out our new media team. Whilst the role will be focused on paid social, we would see this role broadening to support our clients with their overall growth strategy, as well as activation across other channels as you build your career with us.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Account management
  • Collaborate closely with your clients, proactively supporting them and our wider team on the day-to-day management of paid social and e-commerce media campaigns
  • Overtime becoming the lead client contact for paid social and TikTok affiliates/Shop
  • Own preparation and lead weekly client status meetings on all things social
  • Proactively identify opportunities/challenges before they arise, designing client-oriented solutions to ensure you’re always one step ahead
  • Be a thought leader for paid social and TikTok, regularly attending in-person meetings with the client
  • Media
  • Deliver the day-to-day running of all paid social (performance and brand) and planning including the production of detailed media plans built around clear rationale and business outcomes
  • Support the client with influencer/creator identification and some outreach to drive forward their TikTok Shop and Influencer affiliate programmes
  • Own the strategic optimisation of campaigns, actively advising on both media and creative decisions which will influence performance
  • Build and own the client’s learning (test and learn) agenda, including testing roadmap
  • Deliver insightful analysis which drives improved performance via reporting
  • Work with clients to forecast and set targets, building trust in your skills as a media professional
  • Build relationships with key media owners, forging useful relationships across measurement and creative teams

  • Work directly with the account director and client’s marketing teams to build a forward-facing growth strategy
  • Directly mentor one executive on the team, as well as manage any exec's working on your clients to deliver paid social campaigns
  • Work with our wider team of paid social experts to build on the agency's capabilities for paid social, social commerce and influencer affiliates
  • Become a trusted source of truth for all things paid social, helping to share your expertise with the wider agency
  • Work with our founders on improving our paid social product, ensuring that the tools, tech, processes and training we use are best-in-class
