As the ADR Supervisor, you are the go-to leader on the floor—supporting our food and beverage operations while inspiring your team to deliver memorable Guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily venue execution, coach Associates in Guest service excellence, and ensure everything from food quality to compliance runs smoothly. What You’ll Do- Operational Leadership + Service Excellence
- Support seamless daily venue operations and uphold Grand Casino’s service standards
- Supervise front-line team members, ensuring optimal shift coverage and Guest satisfaction
- Enforce performance policies and hospitality procedures aligned with MLCV values
- Communicate and uphold food, beverage, and safety regulations—local, Tribal, State, and Federal
- Maintain open communication with team through daily pre-shift and supervisory meetings
- Team Coaching + Associate Development
- Onboard, train, and mentor team members to meet Guest service expectations
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and hands-on support
- Evaluate Associate performance and contribute to hiring, promotion, and discipline recommendations
- Lead with integrity and foster a respectful, collaborative environment
- Quality + Compliance Oversight
- Ensure venue cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and hygiene meet operational standards
- Supervise food production and portioning in accordance with recipe specs and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory levels, support transfer tracking, and help manage labor and food cost controls
- Adhere to all cash handling procedures and internal controls
- Project Support + Operational Improvement
- Provide input on operational improvements and areas needing attention
- Execute special assignments or venue initiatives as needed
- Support smooth transitions between shifts and venues when needed
- Support new menu rollouts, limited-time offers, and Associate training
- Build trust through clear communication and leading by example
- Adapt easily between roles, venues, and Associate support
- Coach others while staying Guest-focused during fast-paced shifts
- Keep operations running efficiently without sacrificing quality or hospitality

- 3+ years of progressive food & beverage or kitchen operations experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling, inventory control, and basic labor cost management
- Serv-Safe Certification preferred (must be obtained within 1 year)
- Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and support multiple venues when needed
- Must be able to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
- Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs)
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must have the stamina to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Frequent contact with cleaning agents, kitchen tools, and occasionally wet or slippery surfaces
- Required to wear appropriate uniform and PPE as designated
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs
