Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lutterworth for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling clerical tasks
  • Managing phone communications
  • Assisting Professional Conference Organisers with administrative duties
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Preparing documents
  • Maintaining organisational records

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks

  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
