We are looking for a Product Owner to join our IT team at Millbrook Healthcare.
As a Product Owner you will be responsible for maximising the value of technology products delivered by agile teams.
Acting as the voice of the customer and business, you will define and prioritise product features, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e. g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering value and measurable outcomes.
- Degree qualified and/or equivalent experience (e. g. demonstrable experience in a similar role).
- Desired Skills
- Experience working with software development teams and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e. g., JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Trello).
- Exposure to user experience (UX) design and customer journey mapping.
- Certification in Product Ownership (e. g., CSPO, PSPO) or Agile methodologies
