We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join Millbrook Healthcare Group. The Commercial Administrator will provide an efficient service and online ordering support to occupational therapists and prescribers and to provide administrative support to the Healthcare management team including new contract set up.
The Role
1.Deal with general queries from occupational therapists and prescribers regarding general system problems; issuing pin numbers and resetting passwords for the online ordering system
2.Assist with the maintenance of the online healthcare equipment catalogue and update prices and descriptions as required
3.Provide administrative/office support to the healthcare management team as required including data entry and filing
4.Undertake the job in line with the Company appraisal competencies as follows:

What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills are required to interact with Millbrook staff on all levels, prescribers and occupational therapists.
- Must be able to work using own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Good telephone manner
- Willingness to improve and learn new processes
- Full working knowledge of MS Office, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of Access would be advantageous.
- Strong admin skills with ability to take minutes
