A new opportunity has arisen at our Torbay contract. As the Council's strategic partner, we are bringing together the wider health and social care systems across Torbay to deliver and embed a cultural change programme that uses technology as the first line of response.
Are you our new Service Center Manager (TEC) responsible for the development and execution of the Torbay TEC service model, accountable for delivery and operational execution of the TEC programme? You will lead relationships with the commissioning team, key stakeholders and optimise business processes.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver operational experience
- Manage and lead all aspects of the contract including contract management, operations, customer service functions, inventory, P&L management, and resources management.
- Work with central services to develop and execute the tendered model, developing strategies and objectives to ensure contract KPI's are achieved.
All about you
- Demonstrate experience in developing and successfully executing strategic and business plans with the ability to write and develop standard operating procedures.
- Show a strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance with a close eye for detail, involving reviewing and approving expenditure, analysing data and preparing reports.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas confidently and eloquently to NHS commissioning bodies, internal senior management and private organisations.
- Have significant experience in the TEC environment and evidence your achievements in this arena.
- Demonstrate a good and strong understanding of the healthcare social care equipment market.
