We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team within our Dorset Home Improvement Service Centre, based in Blandford Forum. Day to day you will carry out administration duties to enable both Minor & Major adaptations being completed under Dorset Council grants, and handle calls from our service users, family members and healthcare professionals to answer their queries. You'll be working as part of an engaged and motivated team, for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done. You will work in collaboration with other services provided by Dorset Council and other external bodies, to facilitate a seamless service for all customers, whilst ensuring that the sharing of information is conducted in accordance with Millbrook’s policies and procedures.
The Role
- Assist and manage incoming calls, answering any queries in a timely and professional manner
- Processing invoices from contractors
- Monitoring shared inbox to answer queries and complete tasks required
- Creating relevant documents required by our Major Adaptation Team
- General administration that supports daily activities and duties
What are we looking for?
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment
- Experience with company invoices & processing
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Previous administration and diary management experience
- Experience in prioritising and managing own workload effectively
- Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email
- Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
- Previous telephone based customer service experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
