You will lead refurbishment and decontamination operations, ensure equipment is cleaned, disinfected, refurbished and released safely, and drive efficiency and service quality.
You’ll supervise operatives, enforce COSHH and PPE rules, coach the team, and collaborate with transport, stores and repairs to deliver end-to-end service.
