Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise whole classes across the primary age range.
- Deliver lessons from teachers\' plans and resources.
- Plan and prepare lessons during longer-term cover arrangements.
- Mark and assess pupils\' work in line with school policies.
- Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND.
- Undertake playground, breaktime and lunchtime supervision duties.
- Work closely with teachers and leaders to secure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
- Contribute fully to the wider life of the school.
